TRANSPORTATION POLICY
IPE DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, but transport companies will deliver purchased pigeons to buyers' homes a few days after payment.
- The buyer does not need to request transport of the purchased pigeons, as after payment, they will be collected by the companies and delivered to the buyer.
- Transport companies will contact buyers to deliver the pigeons.
- Transport payments are paid directly to the transport company upon delivery of the pigeons.
- According to the new European transport law, we need to provide transport documents, TRACES, and government veterinary certificates. IPE reserves the right to charge the buyer a handling fee of €15 (VAT included) per pigeon for these documents, and for all pigeons sold, for all countries.
- Handling costs are ALWAYS the buyer's responsibility and will be included in the pigeon sales invoice. - Pigeons will be delivered to the address listed on the invoice. The delivery address can only be changed before the end of an auction. After each auction, the invoice is automatically issued with the delivery address registered with the IPE (National Institute of Agriculture and Livestock), and is sent to the shipping companies. The delivery address cannot be changed.
- For better identification of the pigeon being paid for, you should include the pro forma invoice number or the pigeon's ring number on the bank slip.
- The pigeons will be transported from Belgium to the buyers' countries by the following transport companies:
