Purposes of processing
IPE collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (customer management, customer profiling, order tracking, purchasing, billing, and fraud prevention).
For your request, we need your name, email address, address (es), payment details and sometimes your phone number. With this, we can keep you informed of your request. We also provide information to others when needed for an order, for example for handling services.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed based on Article 6.1 (a) of the consent of the General Regulation on Data Protection.
To the extent that the processing of personal data is performed on the basis of Article 6.1 (a) (consent), the Customer is always entitled to withdraw his / her consent.
Transfer to third parties
If necessary to achieve the defined purposes, Customer's personal data will be shared with other companies (part of the IPE group) in the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly linked to the IPE or to any other IPE partner;
IPE ensures that these recipients take the necessary technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.
No one is waiting for fraud, nor are we. That's why we use customer data to investigate, prevent, and combat fraud. If necessary, we provide customer data to the government.
Retention period
Personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the time needed to meet legal requirements (in terms of accounting, among others).
Payment
In the IPE payment environment, we use your data to prepare and submit an invoice. In addition, we can call you to remember an invoice that has expired. We may also forward your details to a collection agency and / or bailiff who collects unpaid invoices on our behalf.
Right to inspection, improvement, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data
You have the right at all times to inspect your personal data and may have improved them if the data is incorrect or incomplete, removed, has limited processing or object for the processing of your personal data based on the article. 6.1 (f).
